      AireSpring Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) TERMS
      (Revised 03.10.22)

       

      AIRESPRING DOMESTIC USA NEXT BUSINESS DAY (NBD) DELIVERY RMA

      In the event of AireSpring Device Hardware failure, AireSpring will ship replacement Device Hardware based on the following:

      *Before 13:00 Pacific Standard Time (PST) – replacement is shipped Same Day for Next Day delivery

      *After 13:00 Pacific Standard Time (PST) – replacement is shipped Next Day for Next Day delivery

      *Time based on when Device Hardware failure is confirmed by the AireSpring NOC.

      The customer ships back the defective hardware, at their expense, to the address specified by AireSpring. The defective hardware should be packed in its original box with the RMA number listed or (if applicable) a copy of the RMA form. It should be returned within thirty days following receipt of the replacement; beyond that time, Airespring reserves the right to invoice for the full retail cost of the Hardware.

      The replacement will be in the majority of cases a refurbished appliance, and for products that have passed the end of order lifecycle phases, it could be an equivalent or better specification.

       

      AIRESPRING INTERNATIONAL RMA SHIPPED FROM USA TO INTERNATIONAL LOCATION

      In the event of AireSpring Device Hardware failure, AireSpring will ship replacement Device Hardware based on the following:

      *Before 13:00 Pacific Standard Time (PST) – replacement is shipped Same Day

      *After 13:00 Pacific Standard Time (PST) – replacement is shipped Next Day

      *Time based on when Device Hardware failure is confirmed by the AireSpring NOC.

      The customer ships back the defective hardware, at their expense, to the USA address specified by AireSpring. The defective hardware should be packed in its original box with the RMA number listed or (if applicable) a copy of the RMA form. It should be returned within thirty days following receipt of the replacement; beyond that time, AireSpring reserves the right to invoice for the full retail cost of the Hardware.

      The replacement will be in the majority of cases a refurbished appliance, and for products that have passed the end of order lifecycle phases, it could be an equivalent or better specification.

      The shipment of the replacement hardware from USA to the international location may take weeks to arrive at the customer’s location, depending on customs, travel times, etc. All shipments are made whereby Customer pays the shipping cost as well as (if applicable) payment of all import clearance charges and duties. For mission critical applications, AireSpring suggests utilizing standby HA models or subscribing to Premium RMA services (below).

       

      PREMIUM FORTINET INTERNATIONAL NEXT BUSINESS DAY (NBD) DELIVERY RMA

      Fortinet will ship a replacement that aims to arrive to the customer site on the next business day if the defect is confirmed before 14:00 local time of the regional parts depot. For requests after 14:00 local time of the regional parts depot on a business day, or on a Saturday, Sunday, or local holiday, the replacement may be shipped the next business day and be delivered the business day after. The regional RMA parts depot that is closest to the product location will handle the replacement request. The customer ships back the defective hardware, at their expense, to the depot indicated in the RMA ticket. The defective hardware should be packed in its original box with a copy of the RMA form. It should be returned within thirty days following receipt of the replacement; beyond that time, AireSpring reserves the right to invoice for the full retail cost of the Hardware.

      All shipments are made DAP (Delivered at Place) whereby AireSpring pays the shipping cost, and (if applicable) the customer is responsible for the payment of all import clearance charges and duties. The replacement will be in the majority of cases a refurbished appliance, and for products that have passed the end of order lifecycle phases, it could be an equivalent or better specification.

      Fortinet will ship a replacement that aims to arrive to the customer site on the next day if the defect is confirmed before 14:00 local time of the regional parts depot. The regional RMA parts depot that is closest to the product location will handle the replacement request. The customer ships back the defective hardware, at their expense, to the depot indicated in the RMA ticket. The defective hardware should be packed in its original box with a copy of the RMA form. It should be returned within thirty days following receipt of the replacement; beyond that time, AireSpring reserves the right to invoice for the full retail cost of the Hardware.

      VMware will ship a replacement that aims to arrive to the customer site on the Next Business Day, if the defect is confirmed before 15:00 local customer time on a business day. For requests after 15:00 local customer time on a business day, or on a Saturday, Sunday, or local holiday, the replacement may be shipped the next business day and be delivered the business day after. The regional RMA parts depot that is closest to the product location will handle the replacement request. The customer ships back the defective hardware, at their expense, to the depot indicated in the RMA ticket. The defective hardware should be packed in its original box with a copy of the RMA form. It should be returned within thirty days following receipt of the replacement; beyond that time, AireSpring reserves the right to invoice for the full retail cost of the Hardware. Edges are registered when customers provide VMware with confirmation of serial numbers and physical addresses. Within 45 days of registration, replacement may not be available from closest regional RMA parts depot; in such a situation a replacement will be arranged by shipping a new or refurbished Edge from an available parts depot.

       

      PREMIUM VMWARE SD-WAN INTERNATIONAL 4 HOUR 9×5 RMA TERMS

      VMware will ship a replacement that aims to arrive to the customer site within 4 hours on the same business day, if the defect is confirmed before 13:00 local customer time on a business day. For requests after 13:00 local customer time on a business day, or on a Saturday, Sunday, or local holiday, the replacement may be shipped the next business day and be delivered by 12:00 that same day. The regional RMA parts depot that is closest to the product location will handle the replacement request. The customer ships back the defective hardware, at their expense, to the depot indicated in the RMA ticket. The defective hardware should be packed in its original box with a copy of the RMA form. It should be returned within thirty days following receipt of the replacement; beyond that time, AireSpring reserves the right to invoice for the full retail cost of the Hardware.       VMware will ship a replacement that aims to arrive to the customer site within 4 hours once the hardware replacement request is received and submitted by the assigned VMware Support Engineer and is approved by VMware Fulfillment Operations. The regional RMA parts depot that is closest to the product location will handle the replacement request. The customer ships back the defective hardware, at their expense, to the depot indicated in the RMA ticket. The defective hardware should be packed in its original box with a copy of the RMA form. It should be returned within thirty days following receipt of the replacement; beyond that time, AireSpring reserves the right to invoice for the full retail cost of the Hardware.       A support technician will be dispatched to replace the failed Edge and verify that the VMware SD-WAN Edge has been successfully activated. This service must be purchased in conjunction with a PREMIUM VMWARE SD-WAN INTERNATIONAL RMA service.j
