Greg Haines Brings Deep Channel Partner and Customer Care Knowledge to Growing AireSpring Team<\/span><\/p>\n

Los Angeles, CA \u2013 January 24, 2019 \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>AireSpring, a leading Managed Services Provider of Cloud Communications and Managed Connectivity Solutions, announced today that it has appointed Greg Haines, a 20-year TPx executive, as its new Director of Service Assurance. Managing a team comprised of both Customer Care and Repair technicians, Mr. Haines will focus on fulfilling AireSpring\u2019s commitment to partner support while ensuring that customers enjoy the full benefit of AireSpring\u2019s white glove service.<\/p>\n

Mr. Haines joins AireSpring following 20 years at TPx where he worked most recently as Senior Director, Reliability and Repair Operations Center, Premier and Wholesale, overseeing service installations and agent relations. During this period, he was involved in migrating newly acquired customers gained through multiple TPx acquisitions. He was instrumental in developing a one-stop repair shop for the TPx hosted PBX solution. Mr. Haines began his career in telecom during his military service with the US Army, then worked for TCG in Dallas as a Field Operations Supervisor until their acquisition by AT&T. He was then recruited to join TelePacific\u2014later renamed TPx\u2014in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n
